Templates

Overview¶

With the Professional Edition, Confire Cloud offers the ability not only to modify a device's settings but also to save an entire configuration template and then deploy it to multiple devices across different networks. A significant time-saver for any administrator!

Create a Template¶

• Click on the Templates feature:

• Click on the + icon to create a new template:

• The settings are sorted into columns: "Device Management," "Network Management," and "Admin Settings," in the same familiar display as the web settings of the device:

• Enter a name, e.g., My Template, then click OK:

• Enable the desired settings:

• To save the template, click the save icon in the top right:

• An overview of the settings included in the template can be viewed by clicking on the template name:

Deploy the Template¶

• Click on the Devices feature:

• Click on the selection menu in the top right and select the Deployment option:

• Select your template and then click Deploy:

• A log of the success status for each setting can be viewed:
